How to use the Canva integration in Scheduled

Use your Canva designs directly in Scheduled

Do you create your visuals in Canva? You can now use them directly in the posts you schedule from Notion, without exporting and re-uploading them by hand. You paste your Canva design link into Notion, and Scheduled takes care of the rest at publish time.

The Canva integration is approved by Canva and available to all accounts.

Connect your Canva account

1. In Scheduled, go to Settings, then the Integrations tab.
2. On the Canva integration card, click Grant access.
3. Log in to Canva and authorize access. You're sent back to Scheduled automatically, and you're connected.

Use a Canva design in a post

1. In Canva, copy your design's share link.
2. In Notion, paste that link into your post card, where you usually add your media.
3. At publish time, Scheduled automatically exports your design and attaches it to the post.

How Scheduled handles the pages of your design:

• One page becomes an image.
• Multiple pages become a carousel.

Updates are automatic

Edited your design in Canva after pasting it into Notion? No need to redo anything. Scheduled pulls the latest version of your design at publish time. No more "v2_FINAL_FINAL.pdf" lying around on your desktop.
