How to manually trigger Scheduled from Notion?

Step 1: Access your Scheduled content calendar



Log in to your Scheduled account
Navigate to your content calendar
Go to the "Widgets" tab
Locate the "**Scheduled button**" section to find your integration link

Step 2: Add the button to Notion



Copy the Scheduled button link
Go to your Notion workspace
Paste the link where you want the button to appear
When Notion prompts you, select "Embed" to integrate the button

Note: This link is public and can trigger Scheduled. Avoid sharing it publicly.

Step 3: Using the button



Once the button is integrated, you can use it to schedule your posts. Here's what you need to know:

How it Works



- Click the button to trigger Scheduled
- Scheduled will look for content ready to be published with specified publication dates
- If content exceeds character limits or if image formats are incorrect, you'll receive notifications:
- Directly in the Notion card comments
- Via email

Advanced Features



- Multiple button locations: You can place the button on different Notion pages for easy access
- Immediate publishing: For content with past publication dates (up to 24h), clicking "Schedule Now" will publish immediately
