How to manually trigger Scheduled from Notion?
Step 1: Access your Scheduled content calendar
- Log in to your Scheduled account
- Navigate to your content calendar
- Go to the "Widgets" tab
- Locate the "Scheduled button" section to find your integration link
Step 2: Add the button to Notion
- Copy the Scheduled button link
- Go to your Notion workspace
- Paste the link where you want the button to appear
- When Notion prompts you, select "Embed" to integrate the button
Note: This link is public and can trigger Scheduled. Avoid sharing it publicly.
Step 3: Using the button
Once the button is integrated, you can use it to schedule your posts. Here's what you need to know:
How it Works
- Click the button to trigger Scheduled
- Scheduled will look for content ready to be published with specified publication dates
- If content exceeds character limits or if image formats are incorrect, you'll receive notifications:
- Directly in the Notion card comments
- Via email
Advanced Features
- Multiple button locations: You can place the button on different Notion pages for easy access
- Immediate publishing: For content with past publication dates (up to 24h), clicking "Schedule Now" will publish immediately
