This guide will walk you through setting up Scheduled to automate publishing your social media posts directly from Notion.

Step 1: Create your content calendar

After creating your account, you'll land on the Scheduled homepage
Click on "Add content calendar"
Name your calendar (e.g., "My LinkedIn Posts")
This calendar will help you organize your posts and collaborate with your team

If you want to switch from a Creator account to a Business account on Instagram, follow the steps below to make this transition easily.

|| Why is this change necessary? || This change is necessary if you want to publish stories with Scheduled because Instagram API usage is limited to Business accounts only and not Creator accounts for stories. For posts and reels, you can use Scheduled with either a Business or Creator account.

Step 1: Open Instagram App

Launch the Instagram app on your phone.

Step 2: Access Your Profile

Tap your profile picture in the bottom right to access your profile.

Step 3: Access Settings

Tap the three horizontal lines (menu icon) in the top right of the screen.
Select "Creator Tools and Controls" from the dropdown menu.

Step 4: Change Account Type

Scroll down and tap "Switch account type".
Tap "Switch to business account".
Select "Switch" on the information screens. || Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup process. This may include linking your Instagram account to a Facebook Page if you have one.

Step 1: Set Up Your Notion Editorial Calendar

Create or duplicate the template:
