How to schedule a LinkedIn repost from Notion?

Reposting LinkedIn content helps you boost your best posts or share content from other creators. With Scheduled, you can automate these reposts directly from your Notion calendar, without any manual copy‑paste.

Learn how to activate and set up this feature in just a few minutes.

Step 1: Add the sc_repost_url property to your Notion database

  • Open your Scheduled calendar in Notion (your configured Notion database).
  • Add a new property of type URL.
  • Name it exactly sc_repost_url.

This column will be used to paste the LinkedIn URL of the post you want to repost.

Step 2: Create a repost card in Notion

  • Click on “New” to add a card to your Notion calendar.
  • In the sc_repost_url column, paste the URL of the LinkedIn post you want to repost.

Copy and paste the URL of the post to repost into the sc_repost_url property

  • Choose the LinkedIn connections (profile or page) where the repost will be published.
  • Set the scheduled date and time in your card.
  • Change the status of your card to “Scheduled” (or use the matching property in your setup).

Scheduled will automatically detect that this is a repost.

Step 3: Add a comment text (optional)

  • You can write some text in the content or comment property of your card.
  • This text will appear above the LinkedIn repost, like a personal comment.
  • If you leave this part empty, Scheduled will add “↓” by default.

Example:

  • Congrats to Maxime for this great analysis! 👏
  • Or leave it empty to only show an arrow ↓

Step 4: Publish your repost

  • Check the details in the card (URL, text, date).
  • Scheduled will automatically publish the repost on LinkedIn on the chosen date.
  • You’ll find the link to the repost in the sc_post_url property of the card once it’s published.
