How to publish to multiple social networks from a single Notion card?
With Scheduled, you can publish the same content to different social networks (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok) using a single Notion card. This helps you save time and centralise the way you manage your posts.
Step 1: Add the "Connection" property to your Notion database
To publish to several social networks, you need a property that lets you choose where your post will be published.
- Open your Notion database
- Add a new property of type Multi-select
- Name this property however you like: "Connection", "Destination", ...

Also make sure this property matches your configuration in Notion:

Step 2: Set up the options for your new property
The options for this property correspond to the different social accounts you’ve connected to Scheduled.
- From Scheduled, go to your calendar and then open the "Settings" tab
- Click "Connect social accounts" to see all your connected accounts
- Add the aliases of your connections into Notion if they’re not there yet (for example:
LIPAGE@getscheduled,LI@julien-collet) by clicking "+ Add to Notion"

You can also enable or disable link tracking for each connection. This allows Scheduled to measure all the clicks on the links included in your published posts.
Step 3: Choose the social networks for your post
Now that your property is set up, you can choose which social networks to publish your content to.
- Open the Notion card for your post
- Click on the Connection property
- Select one or several social networks

Step 4: Adapt your content for each social network
Each social network has its own rules and limits:

Step 5: Schedule your post
Once you’ve selected your connections and prepared your content:

- Change the status of your post to "Ready to publish" (or the equivalent status you’ve set up)
- Click the "Schedule" button from Notion
- Or simply let Scheduled automatically fetch your content every 2 hours
Extra features
Publish the first comment
If you use the sc_first_comment property, your comment will be posted on all selected social networks that support this feature (currently LinkedIn).
Get the post URL
After publishing, Scheduled will automatically fill the sc_post_url property with the link to your post. If you published to several networks, Scheduled will create multiple Notion cards (one per social network) and add the corresponding post link to each one. This gives you better tracking for your stats later.
Key takeaways
- The Connection property (Multi-select) lets you publish to several social networks
- The option names must match exactly the alias names shown in Scheduled
- Each social network has its own limits for text length and file formats
