# How to publish to a Facebook Page from Notion with Scheduled?

You want to quickly post on your Facebook Page, directly from Notion? Scheduled makes this super simple. Here’s how to connect your page, prepare your posts in Notion, and schedule them.

## Step 1: Connect your Facebook Page via Scheduled

First, you need to connect the Facebook profile that is **an admin of the page** you want to use.

* Open Scheduled and go to your **Scheduled calendar** (your already connected Notion DB).

* In Scheduled, click **Settings** then **Social accounts**.
* Choose **Facebook** then **Connect a Facebook profile**.
* Connect the Facebook admin profile and allow Scheduled to access the page you want to use.

Your Facebook Page is now ready to receive your scheduled posts via Notion.

## Step 2: Add the Facebook alias to your Notion DB

For Scheduled to know which page to publish to, you need to use a **connection alias** in Notion.

* In Scheduled, click the **Add to Notion** button next to the Facebook Page you just connected.
* This automatically adds the **page alias** into the dedicated column in your Notion database.

**Tip:** The alias must match exactly the value shown in Scheduled.

## Step 3: Prepare the post in Notion

In your Notion database, create a new card (row) for your Facebook post:

* **Add the Facebook alias** in the dedicated column (example: “FB@scheduled.so”).
* Set the **date and time** of publication in the dedicated property.
* Write your text in the content property.
* To attach media:
    * Drag a file directly into the media column,
    * Or use `/image` to add an image,
    * Or `/video` to add a video.

**Important:** Make sure every required Notion property is filled in:
* Facebook connection alias
* Publication date
* Media (optional)

## Step 4: Schedule the post with Scheduled

When your post is ready:

* Change the **status of your card** in Notion (for example to “Ready” or “To schedule”, depending on your template).
* Click the **Scheduled button** (available in the interface or on the website).
* Scheduled automatically pulls the content from Notion.

| **You’ll then receive a confirmation** in Scheduled saying that your video post (or image/text) is scheduled for the chosen date and time.

**💡 Key points to remember**
* You must be an admin of the Facebook Page to connect it.
* Use the connection alias in your Notion database to publish to the right page.
* Fill in the key properties: alias, date, status, and content.
* Simplified publishing: schedule everything from Notion, confirm in one click via Scheduled.
* Scheduled lets you know via a message when the post is successfully scheduled.

## Bonus: publish multiple images via a PDF

You can save time by publishing several images at once using a PDF. Insert your PDF into your Notion card (the `/pdf` shortcut or drag-and-drop) — Scheduled converts each page into an image and publishes them as a multi-image post on your Facebook Page.
