How to automatically get your LinkedIn post stats in Notion with Scheduled?





In this article, you'll discover how to set up automatic retrieval of your LinkedIn post statistics directly in your Notion database using Scheduled.

Important to know: Scheduled can retrieve statistics from all your LinkedIn posts, whether they were published through Scheduled or not (manual posting or via another tool). This feature is currently only available for LinkedIn (profiles and pages).

Prerequisites



Before starting, make sure you have:
A Scheduled account connected to Notion
An editorial calendar configured in Scheduled
Your LinkedIn profile or page connected to Scheduled

Step 1: Setting up reporting



Access your editorial calendar in Scheduled
Go to "Configuration"
Select the "Configure metrics collection" section

Step 2: Configuration based on your LinkedIn account type



For a LinkedIn page:
Click the button to link reporting to your connection
Activate the automation for statistics retrieval

For a LinkedIn p^rofile:
Download the Scheduled Chrome extension
Click "Download extension" in Scheduled
Install the extension on your Chrome or Arc browser
Copy the extension key provided by Scheduled
Open the extension and paste the key
Sync the extension with your LinkedIn profile

Step 3: Activating the reporting



Return to Scheduled
Link reporting to your profile or page
Activate automatic stats collection

How it works in Notion?



Once configured, Scheduled:
Automatically creates necessary properties in your Notion base
Updates statistics every 8 hours
Adds formulas for optimized display

Created properties include:
sc_linkedin_comment
sc_linkedin_impressions
sc_linkedin_reactions
sc_post_format
and more...
