Name your calendar (e.g., "My LinkedIn Posts")
This calendar will help you organize your posts and collaborate with your team

Connect your Notion database

Click on "Grant Access to Notion"
Select the correct Notion workspace
Important: Only share the necessary database
- Avoid sharing your entire Notion
- Centralize your databases on a single page if you use multiple ones

Step 3: Configure required properties

Three essential properties are needed for Scheduled to work:

Publication Date
- Determines when your post will be published
- Don't forget to include the time

Social Connection
- Indicates where to publish your post (profile, page, etc.)
- Uses unique aliases for each connection

Status
- "Ready to be scheduled": post is ready for scheduling
- "Published": post has been published

💡 Important: If you want to rename these properties, do it before configuring in Scheduled to avoid synchronization issues.

Step 4: Connect your social networks

In the "Social" tab, choose the network to connect
Follow the authorization process
Once connected, your account's alias will be automatically added to Notion

Step 5: Finalize configuration

Set Default publication time

- Define a default publication time
- Prevents midnight publications in case you forget to set a time

Activate synchronization

Enable "Auto fetch Notion post"
Scheduled will check for new posts every 2 hours

Advanced features
